Open to artists living in New York, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania who can hand deliver to and pickup selected art works from the Woodstock Artists Association & Museum (WAAM) 28 Tinker Street, Woodstock, NY 12498.

Media & Size Limitations
media are accepted. Works must not exceed 75 lbs. and 48” x 48” x 48”
(including frame). The base of 3-D work should be no greater than 24” x
24” or artists must supply their own pedestal. All work must be in good
condition and ready to hang or install. Any special installation needs
(ie. computer equipment) must be supplied by artist for the duration of
the show and should be noted in submission. The WAAM reserves the right
to reject works that do not comply with these guidelines or are
otherwise found to be unsuitable for display or inconsistent with

artists may submit up to 3 links to their video files. Video artists
note: if selected for the exhibition you will need to provide your own
video display equipment.
Please name jpgs and/or videos with your
last name, then your first name plus a number in sequence. For instance:
SmithJane 1, Smith Jane2, etc.
Provide a list of the images
and/or links. List in order: SmithJane1, SmithJane2, etc. Include the
title, medium, size, retail price, and insurance value for each entry.
The Retail price should include WAAM's 40% commission on sales. If the
work is not for sale, enter NFS for price, but make sure to include the

Two images or links are covered by the basic fee. Basic fees are
discounted for WAAM members. The basic fee is $15 for WAAM members and
$35 for non-members. Additional images or links are $5 each for both
WAAM members and non-members. Use the drop down menu in the payment
section of the online application to choose your correct entry fee.

Sales & Insurance
The WAAM will encourage sales and takes a 40% commission, however works of art need not be for sale. Artists should fill in retail price (including commission) or insurance value on entry form. The WAAM provides insurance for works of art while on the premises.
Delivery & Pickup
All work must be delivered and picked up in person.
Shipped work cannot be accepted and will be rejected. No exceptions
will be made. All work must arrive ready for hanging and installation.
